You don't install anything or give us admin access. You send a few standard exports; we do the investigation.

We rebuild contribution margin order by order: discounts, gifts, shipping, duties, payment fees and refunds. Then we test each leak check against your data.

We do not guarantee that your store is losing a particular dollar amount. Some well-run stores will have little to find, and we'll tell you that plainly. Full refund policy.
We only need numbers about orders, products and costs. We don't need access to your store, and we don't need your customers.

No. We never need your Shopify password, a staff account, an app install or API access. You download a few standard CSV exports yourself and send them to us.

No. Each fix is written so you or your team can act on it in Shopify, your 3PL or your email tool. Implementation, ongoing monitoring and calls are not part of the audit.
No. It's an analysis of your store's order, product and cost data to find margin issues. It isn't bookkeeping, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't replace your accountant.
Profit apps show totals. This audit explains them: which specific codes, shipping rules, gifts and products move the number, and by how much per year. If your app already answers that, you probably don't need us.
It works best from about $20k to $300k a month in sales, with at least 3 months of order history. Below that there's usually too little data for the dollar estimates to be meaningful.
Every figure is a range with a confidence level. Findings computed directly from your data are high confidence. Findings that depend on an assumption are marked medium, and the assumption is written out.
