Refunds and guarantee

Our guarantee

If we cannot identify at least 3 specific, evidence-backed margin issues or opportunities in your data that are actionable, we'll refund the full $199.

We do not guarantee that your store is losing a particular dollar amount. Some well-run stores will have little to find, and we'll tell you that plainly.

Other full refunds

• If your exports turn out to be unusable and we can't complete the audit.
• If you cancel before sending any files.

How refunds work

If the guarantee applies, we tell you when we deliver and refund without you having to ask. Otherwise, email hello@marginleakaudit.com with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
