Terms of service

These terms apply when you order a Shopify Margin-Leak Audit from Margin-Leak Audit, a service run by Nimisha Sharma ("we"). By paying for an audit, you agree to them.
1. The service
A one-time, fixed-scope analysis of the Shopify data you provide, delivered as a written report that ranks margin issues and opportunities, with evidence, estimated annual ranges, confidence levels and suggested fixes. It includes one written Q&A round by email after delivery.
2. What's not included
Implementation of fixes, ongoing monitoring, calls or meetings, and bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
3. Price and payment
The price is $199 USD (founding price), paid in advance through a secure payment link. Prices are fixed; there are no hourly charges or add-ons.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to share the files you send and that they come from your own store. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy. We never ask for your Shopify password or account access.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5 business days of receiving usable exports. We confirm within 1 business day whether your files are usable and tell you what's missing if they aren't.
6. Nature of the findings
Dollar figures in the report are estimates based on the data you provide and the assumptions we state. They are not a promise of savings or recoverable cash. Business decisions based on the report are yours.
7. Refunds

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
